Returns and Refunds Policy – PokeCards.au

PokeCards.au complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair when a product you purchase is faulty, damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, or if it is not fit for its intended purpose.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer change-of-mind returns on any products. Most items we sell are sealed collectible trading card products, and once these items leave our premises their value depends on the sealed condition. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you no longer want the item.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pokecards.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

If the item is assessed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, refund, or repair as required under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Products must be returned in the same condition as received unless the fault itself made this impossible. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, replacement, or repair as applicable.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery
  • Items lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived, we will lodge an investigation with the carrier (Australia Post or courier). Once the carrier confirms the item is lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Proof of Purchase

To make a claim under this policy or under Australian Consumer Law, you must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or invoice.
